You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your product.
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind where a product has been used or opened. We don’t exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.
Whilst we happily accept returns, please note that you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping. Embrace Your Skin will not be responsible for parcels that go missing or get damaged in transit on return.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process a full refund of the original purchase price via your original payment method. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving the package to the return shipper, although it’s often faster than that.
If for any reason we’re unable to supply a product you’ve ordered, we’ll automatically refund your payment within 24 hours.
If you’re not happy with your product, please tell us why. We will always try to work with you if we can.
